Wooden hoops for hanging mobile

Does anyone one know where I can get some wooden hoops to use to make a mobile for my DB who's expecting his first baby in Jan. I've looked on eBay & amazon but they're either embroidery hoops (with the clip so not suitable) or for drums (& expensive!). Very grateful for any links
I'd happily consider any alternate suggestions to hoops too.

If you order the embroidery hoop the centre wooden hoop has no clip, so you can just discard the outer with the clip/use for something else that you can use the clip for. I ordered one from amazon for a couple of quid, works well
