Pretty car seat pillow for my Mum

Hello -

I originally posted this in Christmas, but it was suggested I ask here.

I'm looking to give my Mum a pillow to fasten to her seat belt, and all the ones I've seen are childish, cheap looking or made of a kind of velourish material that she wouldn't like. Or made in the States. Something along these lines, but a bit more slimline.

Has anyone seen any nice ones, please? I'm thinking my best bet might be a wahm who makes such things, so if any of you lovely crafters do so, I'd be delighted to hear from you.
