Cowl help please

Hi I'm knitting Wendy Super Chunky Thor wool on 15mm needles. (co 6)

the first row on the ball band pattern is:

row 1:(yfwd)twice,k1, rep to end

I don't know how to (yfwd) twice on the first stitch. Can anyone help me?
