I'm making a framed picture for my mum for Christmas.
It's basically three heart shaped maps which show the village she grew up in, her partners village and the one they live in now. The maps are old fashioned and arranged in a row.
I need a caption for underneath each map and so far I've been thinking along the lines of
First there was you
Then there was me
Now there is us

Or
She grew up
He grew up
They grow old

But each thing I think of doesn't sit quite right and my mum is quite a bit older than her partner and I don't want too much reference to age ...!

Any ideas wise mnetters?!

Love it!

Woolly that's nice but I think a little bit too long as the captions need to be quite small to fit under the maps.

His Hers Theirs....hmm I like it!

How about
my home
your home
our home

Or is that no good starting with my and your as its a present for both of them?

Thanks for the ideas guys
