Anorak - I need some help....I've messed up big time

I have nearly finished putting my mosaic together and I've just realised it's all wrong

It's on the board but - how do I get the adhesive on now?

Bu&&er I've really messed up - is there a way out so I don't have to do it all againg

Can I butter each piece?

My aunt did this once. If you cut out the same shape in cardboard(or just measure and draw a similar shape in cardboard) and transfer the design piece by piece there, you'll be ok. Do whatever (I haven't done this but this it's a bit like tiling?) and then transfer back.

Sorry not more help - it did work for her, though.

I don't do mosaics - have the design sense of a frog. I was around when she was did this to a table she was working on (her first, natch). Just googled Martin Cheek and think my aunt would like the courses, though.
