Framing tapestries

Can anyone tell me how they frame/ mount their completed tapestries? I have taken up doing tapestries but don't know how to frame them.

I just took to a craft shop that did framing. that's not helpful is it?

If you have a frame the right size you have to stretch and see them over a bit of card which fits into the back of the frame.

Sew them over a bit of card even, stupid bloody auto correct, what's wrong with the word sew!!!!

It will need stretching over card and lacing at the back. It's very easy. If you google 'lacing embroidery for framing' you'll get advice, but honestly, anyone can do it.
