Hello people-who-are-alot-more-crafty-than-me... I saw somewhere where you get bits of magazine and paste them onto a surface for decoration. I have no idea what the technique is called but thought I might decorate a few boxes to cheer up some boxes for toy storage. Does anyone know what type of varnish I should use for this? Do you glue the magazine bits on first? Any help to get started would be appreciated :-)
