Just tie scrolls with co-ordinating ribbon or thread ?
Make your own with pearlised card - ie thin strips wrapped in a circle rather than a full tube ?

Whizzz · 19/06/2006 15:04

..just realised - are you talking about tubes for posting invitations ?? Trickier !

Slink · 19/06/2006 15:11

If you google 'postal tubes' there are a lot of sites.

Off on the school run and in a rush or I would weed through them for you.

This probably sounds awful, but I have been saving the insides of my kitchen roll for this. Once Covered, they look Fabby. Loo rolls are too short.

Slink · 19/06/2006 20:39

thought about the kitchen roll but worry about the posting.
Whizz thanks for the site info, waiting for a quote. thanks again xxx

I know the scrolls look nice but what about just folding the invite but still finishing it with a ribbon and even a seal then you can post in and envelope.

Just a thought, but for future ref. A foil/clingfilm tube would fit nicely into a kitchen roll tube. Also as they are thicker, they would spray silver/gold fantastically. I am such a cheapskate..... but if I can find a way not to pay!!!!! Today Tomato Puree & bog rolls tomorrow shoe polish tins, Hee Hee
