my mum informs me that our local tesco extra store has just this week put out a load of scrapbook papers, scrapbook albums, loads of card making stuff, punches, scissors, cards and envelopes, stickers, toppers..................................................................................

Yes, they're quite nice too. I noticed today that Asda also have a craft range with peel-offs and some stamps...think they all want to get in on the act!

ooo, seen craft bits in tescos but not sb papers or albulms, will have a look out for them.
asda do packs of card for great prices, a & l free. not got any yet but apparantly the quality is quite good.

I am quite excited about this as I buy my Pastel Card from there. It's shiny on the coloured side and makes a brilliant card all on it's own. The weight is roughly 220 I would say. I think its' 1.49 for 12. It's also white on the inside. If they are doing albums I can't wait to find out the price....I think if you tell them Smiths are cheaper they will price match if over 9.99. Not sure about that bit.

Nearest big one a few miles from me though, so the first person to confirm by buying stuff gets my pot Noodle Award.

UCM, i got that card and was happily suprised to see it was shiney when i oppened it!!

I found a bargain in Tescos yesterday. They do 12 cocktail umbrellas in diff colours (shiny foil) for 49p. Bargain..... will post card I was making yesterday in a mo!

Blimey - just been to our Tesco (Extra) and thought I was in Hobbycraft !!!
Fiskars tools, scrapbook stuff, card blanks, stamps, card, paper, embellies.....

I bought 2 packs of 12x12 co-ordinating paper (12 sheets £3.97 each)& some self adhesive metallic papers ! I usually send DH to do the shop, but I can see me volunteering more often now

can I bear to set foot in Tescos....?

Couldn't find anything in ours Has everything else from TVs to garden furniture.

bah!! "local" tescos didnt have any when i went in last time, just the same old kids crafts stuff!!

will keep looking tho
