Very hungry caterpillar

Just wondered if anyone knew where I could get a pattern for the very hungry caterpillar (knitted preferably) I've done a search and come up with lovely pictures on blogs but that's it
I want the fruit and food and caterpillar and butterfly and cocoon (so all of it)

are you on ravelry? There's one here and a crochet one here just from a quick look, I'm sure you'd find the rest with a proper look
