I've just found out Alan & Barry aren't on Ideal World anymore - I've not had time to watch since ds was born in May 2005 - so I'm v.behind the times. I really liked them, wonder what they're doing now. Is Ideal World still doing craft shows?? are the shows still full of top bargains??

Alan and Barry fell out with them big time. They tried to set up their own channel but failed miserably. Now they go round craft fairs selling CD Roms which are just plain awful. One of them (can't remember which) is now the size of a small bus and looks really quite ill.

are they still on create and craft yorkie?

no they've left the whole ideaal fam pixiefish.
They have a website, not much on there. I didnt hear about their own channel, must have missed it. wish there were more craft channels.

when did they leave then cham ps? Haven't watched any telly for eons

oh yes i remember we saw them at reebok and the bigger one does look quite ill doesnt he?

They didnt look very happy and hardly anyone visited their stall.

they left a while ago, cant remember exactly when think before Christmas i think.

quite sad that they're unhappy, they seem so jolly. hope they feel better soon.

Well, I dislikes Alan, the grumpy one. I was glad when I heard they had left Ideal World, but I can't stand their replacement, Stephanie.

They are still broadcasting on Sky Digital on one of the more obscure channels but any purchases have to be made through their website...

aahh i have to say i like stephanie, i met her at the g-mex craft fair last weekend and she is really down to earth and friendly. she was handing out her home address to some people who had brought ATC's and she was quite happily folding little kimonos for us all to take home and try.
