Easy blouse pattern

I've come to the conclusion that it would take less time to find a nice pattern for a smartish work blouse and sew my own than try to find one that fits and isn't entirely transparent. Does anyone have a nice easy pattern they can recommend: it has to be easy because I want to be able to adjust it to fit me and I want to easily run 3-4 of them off with my machine (with potential for minor adaptations/different fabrics).

That options one is the sort of thing I had in mind, thanks! Looks fairly linear and easy to lengthen too.
