Can anyone recommend a pattern for some nice flowy linen trousers?

I bought some nice ones in the monsoon sale last year but am thinking "it cant be that difficult can it?" I've made dresses, skirts and tops so I thought I'd give it a go.

I fancy some mid-blue ones for the summer.

Pattern advice and any tips on working with linen would be appreciated Grin

I've been looking to make something similar (but in cotton instead of linen). this pattern seems to be good. I just need to find a good medium weight cotton that isn't too heavy or too pricey. If anyone has suggestions I'd be greatful (sorry for the high jack there).

No problem, will have a look at that pattern so thanks. Did you try the Sewing Bee thread? They are really helpful.

I am wearing a really nice pair of Betty Jackson ones today and I am wondering if I could make my own pattern off of them.
