My friend and i have decided to do a craft weekend rather than a spa to celebrate our birthday's. This is leave kids with partners and indulge ourselves. Ideally we wnat midlands as i live north and she in Bristol.
We don't really care what the course is but as she is an art teavher we don't want anything that she has done before and i sew and crochet so don't want anything that has a lot of that as we'd like to be at the same level. Anyone got any ideas as to course or provider?
Bet you are all jealous and want to come too....

How about something at Denman College in Oxfordshire, it's run by the WI I think but the courses are open to all.

Thanks, i have looked there but they seem to be for 3 days and not necessarily weekends. Any other ideas?

Greenwood Trust in Ironbridge/Coalbrookdale do willow courses. Only 1 day I think but you could combine with other stuff.
