...on Little Cottage Crafts???

I have never done one before, but it seems so exciting ( and daunting!!!) Everyone tells me that you learn so much.

I had only just signed up to UKS before their last one, but to be honest, it just seemed so big and scary for a beginner like me!!

Any advice on how to get myself organised please?

I did the last one on UKS and it was fab.

I got myself sorted beforehand making sure that my scrapping area was tidy and that I had all the basics (glues, knives etc etc)

Also made sure that I had enough papers and chose some pictures that i wanted to scrap and printed them out beforehand. some people I know collated papers to go with particular pictures but I didn't as I wasn't able to take paret int he whole weekend and I only did the classes and challenges that I could.

I still managed to create about 8 LO's in the whole weekend which I was pretty impressed with.

Some of the people that were doing the whole weekend got their dh's organised to look after kids and food etc etc so that all they had to do was scrap (oh the luxury Grin )

Have at the UKS guide to getting ready- \link{http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/boards/showthread.php?t=104967\The Training Manual}

Make sure you can upload pics to the gallery and that you have any technical things- you'll need to check with JM if you need java or adobe or anything like that.

Most of all have fun and enjoy it. I had tons of fun at the UKS one. Don't know if LCC are having chat rooms etc but wee had lots of fun in the evenings chatting in our Krewe room (I was adopted by my lovely mummy- TJ so that made it easier for me as it gave me confidence as I knew someone) As you say UKS is massive and can be scary in the beginning but once you find your way round it's fab and I love it
