Can you identify this cloth for me?

Hello Ladies,

I was wondering if you could identify this material for me, I need to order some for a craft project but I can't figure out what it is. I am looking for the weave to be exact if possible with the ||-||-|| pattern

It may be hessian, but if it is, i don't know what weight (oz) it may be? Or am i way off base? Any help would be appreciated :)

Jute? Burlap? I think it's a bit trial and error with this type of stuff...if I were you I#'d google those terms and keep comparing till you find the right weave.

look like hessian or burlap, our local fabric store has different weights of it but not sure what the weight of the one in the photo is.

What are you making with it?
