It's DD's last Christmas party at nursery this year as next year she'll be at school. I've decided that I really want to make her a Christmassy costume myself. Only problem: I'm absolutely not creative. What could I make? Not too keen in the whole fairy princess thing, and afaik, DD has no idea about elves. I do know how to use a sewing machine. Would appreciate any ideas or websites where I can find ideas and instructions.

In which case, a cheap glue gun will be your best friend! You can just cut out the shape you want and glue it together. You can also glue on trimmings to hide any mess.

Thank you! After running around various craft shops I have now managed to make something resembling a star. Smile
