Scanning 12 x 12 pages when the scanner is too small

Really need to learn how to scan LO's in. Anyone help me. I have the Epson stylus photo rx425 which is too small to take it in one hit.

Have heard people talk about stitching it digitally but can anyone tell me how to do it. I have photoshop but am crap with it

You need to download a progamme, the details are on this link, it is quite straightforward to do.
