I made an order with your contact ( leapinglemur ) and paid by paypal on 18th March .... NB : This was a private sale and not through ebay .... however I have not received anything from her .... is this time-lag normal ???

email her direct. my order came in 9 days- ordered on 20th, came 29th of last month. your package may take longer if it's bigger though

Depends on how it was posted re weight etc....if its air you should get it very quickly....days not weeks. If its via land/shipping then 3-6 weeks is the norm.
If you spent loads and LL didnt know to adjust ammount, your parcel could have been held up in customs.

Good luck..LL is very very good at sending things out quickly and making sure that they are well adjusted ....hope goodies arrive soon.
Just email her though if you have worries she is an OK kinda gal.
