And make it bendy and shade the lettere and make it have a shadow

Looks like comic sans ms to me. Use that with word art for the shadowing, I take it you mean the main text.

I would say the banner at the top is arial with wordart.

Hopefully on the bottom of your screen when you sign in to a word doc. you should have a 3d navy blue A. Move your cursor onto it, don't click, just wait and see if it says wordart. If it does click on it and it will give you different styles....
