Oilcloth ideas for total beginner please

I have a piece of cath kidston oilcloth, it's 50cm by 100 cm roughly. Apart from a tablecloth, what can I do with it?

I'm not very practical and don't own a sewing machine but happy to hand sew. All thoughts/help/ideas are much appreciated x

I have a lovely pad made with oil cloth for sitting on, a friend gave it to me as a present, it has a bit of camping carry mat, in it, it has a clip on it so I can attach it to my back pack, saves me getting a wet bum when I sit down, when out and about in the great outdoors, where I spend most of my time, when not sitting on sofa recovering from an op, and killing time on MN.

some bags for swimming? Waterproof to carry home wet towels and swimming cossies? Don't know if this would work but worth a google! Cushions for outdoor furniture?
