Other than loo roll innards and tops from shampoo bottles and milk, what should I start hoarding for junk modelling?

Egg boxes, cereal packets, tin foil, coton, wool balls, caps from toothpaste.

Don't forget the glitter, glue and Sellotape if using at home.

Mine like boxes you can decorate and smaller ones go down better than big ones.

I save Christmas cracker hats. The tissue paper is good for sticking'n'gluing. DD2 made Elmer the Elephant at Brownies.

Empty plastic pint milk bottle. Cut across and discard the top. Turn upside down so handle is elephant's trunk and bottle bottom is its back. Cut arch shapes out to give the legs. Let the DC decorate with squares of coloured tissue paper. Finished.
