Anyone made their own silicone moulds?

I would like to make some moulds for food use and am after food grade silicone for pouring rather than the putty moulding paste.
Has anyone used it or know of somewhere I can get it? I am googling but not coming up with anything that is food safe...
cheers!

I've made my own silicone moulds, but not yet with food grade silicone (although I've been looking into doing it soon). Tiranti's in London stock it - its expensive though. here's the link

brilliant link thank you. It is expensive isn't it, I think I would have to go into production for that price. Might have a go with the paste after all to start with.
What kind of things do you mould nectarina?

yes, the problem with the liquid is you'd need a load to make a cube type of mould, rather than the skin you'd get with paste. where have you found the paste? could you send me a link. I would love to design 3d shapes on the computer, rapid prototype them and mould in food grade silicone to make cake moulds. but then again, i would like to know of some recipes that show off intricate silicone moulds to their best - cake just doesn't do it for me. Blancmange looks good, but who wants to eat that.
I'm rambling now...
I've moulded clay and wooden shapes before in silicone to use mainly with plaster.

this is cheap enough for a hava go but you can only bake it up to 150C would be good for chocolate or fondant icing....

Hmmm. Yes that would be good enough for ice cream moulds or home made marshmallows. Marqhmallow clouds maybe..?
I wonder if you made chocolate duplo would it fit together? What a lovely project.
