has anyone ordered from...

Cheapdies? I placed an order 10 days ago and I am still waiting for delivery. Perhaps I am being impatient, but I was looking forward to receiving my dies and card, so I could start 'playing' with my new die cutter. I haven't ordered from them before. Even Rugby Craft has sent me 3 orders within the same time and I always get next day delivery from TAJ Crafts (who I would highly recommend for Quickcutz dies!). I have emailed them, but they are not replying to my emails either.....

i ahven't ordered from them but have you tried ringing them?

10 days is a long time. have they taken payment?

I ordered some stuff from them for Katz just before Christmas, and my PILs ordered my birthday presents from them about 3 weeks ago. Both orders came within the week.

Yes, the only thing I did get was two automated messages confirming. Not a happy bunny. May ring them, but just seems really odd

I've used them loads and only on one occasion I didn't get my order within three days, I rang them and somehow they'd missed the order they applogised and posted out straight away

Have you tried this no 01527 529029 if so you'll just have to email them I don't think they are a shop so they may not be open at weekend

Finally received a message from Hayley. Apparently she was unable to track my order. Seems like they sent a parcel last Thursday, but its probably gone astray.....She's going to arrange for the whole order to be resent again on Monday. Oh well, lets hope this one does arrive!
