I'm trying to be good and only buying things I need NOT what looks nice
I wanted to fill a box at the Paper Mill Shop yesterday but managed to walk away as I have only used about 15 sheets of my last box !!

Crafting is dangerously addictive though !!!

Whizz I like the sound of this filling your boots thingy

UCM · 19/02/2006 10:26

Is the paper top notch or do they use rubbish ones as fillers

UCM · 19/02/2006 10:26

Aaaaah, thats where the marble effect came from, and the cork effect....am I correct.

Yes and yes UCM !
Thw white marble stuff however was about 50p for a huge amount - Long thin strips rolled up. I think I have used about 1 tiny bit !!
The 'cork' stuff was again in a pack for about 1.50. That has been quite handy.

Went to Craft Central today at my local garden centre & bought a lovely pack of 30 A5ish sheets of foily stuff - changes colour red/green/purple when youlook at it from different angles - very pretty and only 1.50
Thought it would look cool for lettering

Paper / card quality looks OK to me by the way - as you fill your own box - you have have a good look at colours & thickness before you buy. Some are plain & some are textured. You can get A5 or A4 size
