hi need an idea for something can make for dhs bday on 24th feb from both kids. ds is 2q.3yrs so can help make it and dd is 7wks.

Tough one as most men are impossible to buy gifts for anyway. How about a cake or cookies in a nice box that they decorate themselves? I'm sure you can buy plain undecorated balsawood boxes in craft shops (my brother and I used to use my grandpa's old cigar boxes). Can then use the box afterwards for keeping cufflinks/blokes stuff/whatever in?

Tough one - my dh has his birthday on the 20th and I am also wracking my brains. Did cookies last year!

How about getting a nice phto and letting them decorate the frame? The Baker Ross website also has lots of other ideas if you're still stuck, but all you'd need is a clip frame bigger than the picture, glue (a decent PVA like Anitas Tacky Glue), and bits and bobs of embellishments- maybe a simple heart hole punch and coloured papers to punch from, most kids love that.

oo peachyclair I like it. Would be a really nice idea..may require a trip to hobbycraft for a frame maybe some other items for mummy too..lol

For Christmas my DS drew pictures and we uploaded them to tshirtstudio.com and put them on mugs. They looked fab and weren't that dear. You can also add little messages on the front and back. They have loads of products like cushions, t-shirts, mouse mats etc and you can use photos or drawings. Delivery is really quick too.
