Gleets from cold Chicago... parcel hasn't arrived yet - but asking daily!

2 trials completed, both not as good as hoped.... but still. Going shopping tonight!

How good is UPS tracking !!! I even know it was delivered to the front desk & signed for by someone called Campbell.

How's you DH? If it helps, I dont mind having your DD on the Mon / Wed or Fri when I'm off over half term.

Yes apparantly so - grand tour of all the sites with the new RW to 'benchmark' & do a gap analysis. Apparantly my boss is not that happy about it!

Well you can tell him the ISJ gap is as wide as the Grand Canyon! No GRA, PTW, isolations are a tag which is tied on to the valve which reads "do not open". No e-stops, poor guarding, removable guards on rotating equipment...... erm where shall I stop????? Oh yeah, no induction for visitors - I've still no idea what the fire alarm/tornado warning sounds l;ike - or where the assembly points are....... if an alarm does sound I'm going to stick my head between my legs & kiss my rse goodbye!!!!!!!

spend spend spend........ bargains a plenty! CDs aren't as cheap as I'd expected... but have bought some ipod stuff, bag, ski gloves for dd, Bratz stuff, power rangers stuff, perfume.....

Phil has bought golf clubs, ipod, smellies for dp.....

We have had fun!

But now are ready to come home..............

Hopefully we have also just booked a week in Cornwall in Aug. Nightmare to organise as the whole of Cornwall seems totally booked in Aug - damn school hols! Just waiting for confirmation email back. We were all set to book semi-luxury farm type cottage but all were booked everywhere we looked. Ended up (hopefully) in a great location, cottage with shared pool, swings etc. Downside is - no pics of inside & I just hope its not horrendously chinzty with knick knacks !

Yes! Found the truth in both statements!

Have packed up - expecting works mgr to contact us but not holding breath. Have just had a sarnie for lunch & feel stuffed. Then we're going to flicks to watch Harrison Ford newie (P thinks he looks like HF - yeah right!)... Then posh meal for tea, sports bar, drink aka Father Jack, pool, bed, hangover, pack, get to airport, lounge, drink, plane, drink.....
