Hand held sewing machines

Has anyone seen or used one of these mini hand held machines? I was wondering how robust they are - I mainly do small projects (toys, bags, aprons) and am thinking about starting quilting. Do you think they are any good?

I had (still have) one from the 1970's! it was pretty useless tbh. No idea if they've improved any in the last 40 years! I think I'd rather try to get a small, but normal sewing machine.

Thanks Solo, I think you're right. I just like the portability....I have my sister's big old machine but maybe will invest in the John Lewis compact one instead.
