Ideas for a card, please anyone?

The ex carnival club of my DH is having a 21st party. I don't want to go (might have to yet) but have agreed that I will make them a fab card so they don't think I'm being off. Any ideas guys? Needs to be truly, truly fab.

Thats a tricky one! You can buy little flashing lights for cards - but you might need rather a lot! How about a scrapbook type montage of past photos in the shape of 21 ?

A fancy 21st card might be a better option, I thought of a wine bottle / champagne one? I Do have a die cut tractor (I ordered it from America a year ago and forgot all about it), they're based on a farm... but my brain just isn't ticking tonight.

The float theme was Phantom of the Opera, but i've never seen it.

Their first float was called blub blub pass the port- port, waiters and jellyfish.

Ok so what I have decided to do:

A port bottle card, I found a glam Karen Foster paper called Ferns to make it from- label in the centre, claret colour, edged in dark green ribbon and embossed gold corners, 'Masqueraders Carnival Club, 1986 Vintage'. Then when opened- a big octopus pop up, to match the one on the front of their first ever card, blub blub pass the port. I have colour matched it to Bazzill card.
