Not sure if this link will work but I love this

Is it possible to knit it flat? I do not have round pins and can never figure out the magic loop thing.

I imagine you would have to increase (if you were beginning at the neck top) then decrease until you were left with the pointy bit at the bottom. How would I do it?

There are five balls of beautiful cotton yarn in my stash and 5mm needles ready. Grin

TIA.

Thank you, MrsMagnolia!

I am not an experienced knitter and often have a problem trying to follow patterns so tend to stick to fairly plain stuff.

There is faffage going on right now trying to work out how many stitches for this yarn and a smaller size needle. I will look at the KnitPro system, though as the resolution for this year is to learn how to knit a sock.

The cotton yarn has no give at all but is amazingly soft.

This may turn out a Frankenstein knit...Grin
