Clothes for soft bunny

My DD is 3 years old and takes her 30cm tall soft bunny everywhere, so it is becoming rather ragged and am worried it will lose a limb....

Does anyone where I can buy (dolls?) clothes for it, or a pattern to make clothes for it (might be a bit ambitious for me but am desperate...)

Could try drawing round bunny and making simple tunic top or dress? Or take him shopping to mothercare or similar. Dds dolls fit either new born or early baby sizes and they're a lot better made than dolls clothes.
