Why the prices are so different between the USA and the UK taking into consideration they send the orders from the UK and not the USA?

No idea - maybe to do with VAT difference? AFAIK US customers would not be liable for VAT.

I don't use deramores because although they have a great range, and frequent 10% off offers, they are usually charging full RRP for most stuff and I can get it much cheaper elsewhere. And they send so many emails that it gets a bit irritating.

True. They are not cheap and often send me 10% discounts; never a free delivery one.
