Katie Morag outfit

My daughter is mad about KM and I really want to get / make the outfit. The boots are easy, but the jumper and skirt. Any ideas?

Kilt if you can find one and Aran sweater. We happened to have both when dd2 did Katie-morag ( one of our favourite characters). Otherwise a pleated school skirt and a warm wooly jumper will do it.
