star costume - best way to attach sparkly things

have yellow tights and shirt.
and yellow sparkly ribbons and stars.
want to be able to take them off again to use clothes as, well, clothes.

Tack them on loosely....just a few stictches...you''ll be able to use the clothes again if you cut the stitches out with a stitch unpicker or very sharp pointy scissors.

Anything else will leave holes or marks...
