i was recently give a present (from Oz) of a toddler apron for my dd. it was home made and really beautiful. one of the stitches used was a circle with little stitches around it. (does that make sense)
id like to know if anyone knows if this stitch comes form a certain type of sewing machne and if so which one. and also do you have to spend huge money on a sewing machine to get loads of unusual stitches?
im thinking of investing in a new sewing machne but id like one that has alot of different stiches. i only sew for my toddler daughters.

Try looking at the singer website. There is a circular stitch about halfway down. There are some amazing stitches possible!
