The bitty girl hair. Not had ot that long and hardly ever used it!

It still uts, but one of the metal cutters has come away from the die body IYSWIM, so when you cut it gets sort of embedded in the surface of the cutting mat.

I can imagine it's one of about 4 suppliers, but don't know who!

Do they have some sort of guarantee?

Failing that I have just bought bitty hair for my neighbours daughter....I could be realy dishonest and return it for you as being faulty

AQ, got your email!!

I know it's not worth a lot but considering it's hardly been used...could undertand if it were my doodle hearts or something.. no do not want to think about that! ( comes over all faint!)

It does still cut, but was a bit more concerned about safety as the metal ends ups showing...also they must be extra wear on the cutting mat too.

let us know what you decide to do and how you get on... I would be interested in the outcome of this (for future reference!).
