How can I make a cow head dress for DS?

Nativity costume help needed! Think I have the main costume sorted - I can sew black felt patches onto white t-shirt and PJ bottoms. Does anyone have any easy ideas or suggestions for a head/horns ensemble? Would prefer to make rather than buy a cow hat? Many thanks

theres a printable template in the link, but a simple card mask basked on this should do the trick

if you are very crafty & fancy more of a challenge- then use one of the longer more pear shaped balloons as a base & cover with papermache & take it from there with horns, ears etc
