Digital stamps for card making expired after 24hours

i bought a number of digital stamps yesterday. Gotmthe email with the links on. Went to open the links tonight and it said they'd expired. Looking in the small print of the email it says the links only work for 24 hours. Is this standard?

I've only bought digital stamps from one other place before and it didn't do this.

There were a lot of files so I needed a good period of time to be able to save them all. I'm really annoyed and have emailed the company. Not sure how far I'll get. I paid by paypal thoughnso might try getting my money back through them. It's unreceived goods at the end of the day.

Quite a few of the digi suppliers have a time limit for downloading but I am sure if it's one of the larger, reputable companies it can be sorted out!

She has tried tomresolve it. Sent me another link but it said I wasn't authorised to access it. Sent me a third link but that said it had expired as well.

I paid by paypal and I'm tempted to ask papal for my money back saying it was undelivered goods. The company need a big sign somewhere saying you have 24 hours. At no point did I see anything that said that. For all I know it could be a scam website, I feel like I've been scammed.

Do you still have my email addy Viva? Not sure if it's right to "name names" on here but email me the company and I'll see if I have heard of them, or ask around on my other crafty forums! X

Thanks dingle but it's sorted now. Got all the stamps in another link today and have saved them. I take it if you save them on your hard drive they don't disappear after 24 hours? I think it must be a reputable company as I've seen it on some crafty blogs. Thanks.
