Sorry, no idea! I read your thread title wrong, thought you'd typed acrylic pants and was intrigued. Grin

Try specialist crafts

Whatever you do, dont buy the ones in poundland they are useless!! Equally you probably don't want to go for the artist ones and avoid the ones made for crafters.

The reeves ones aren't bad - there is a set of 5 on amazon

www.amazon.co.uk/REEVES-ASSORTED-ARTISTS-ACRYLIC-PAINT/dp/B005IXT9UG/ref=sr_1_2?s=officeproduct&ie=UTF8&qid=1320362268&sr=1-2

Dont forget he will also need the proper brushes.

If it doesn't have to be on line you could try "the works" for brushes and paint

I bought little boxes of 4 small (12ml) tubes of acrylics from Hobbycraft this week and they were only £2.59 a box. They did primary colours + white, metallics and a couple of others I can't remember. I know Hobbycraft have an online shop these days but I don't know if they are on it.

I got 20 small tubes of acrylics from Staples for £14.95 which seems like a bargain too compared to what they cost elsewhere. Again they have an online store but I don't know if they sell them that way.

Both sets of paints were Reeves and seem to be OK although since this term is the first time I had ever used them I am not expert!

Oh, what about this website?

They have some decently priced sets - I was looking for a picture of what I got butfound this instead and it looks reasonable.

I have both HobbyCraft and Staples within 10 min drive - joys of living in suburban London :)
will check them out tomorrow
