Paint set for a 3 year old

What would be the best paint set/art set for a 3 year old? to go with a big whiteboard/ blackboard easel. I am thinking paint pots with lids/ a palette/ chalks etc, but it would be great to have it all in one big containable, closeable caddy.

Go to your nearest Wilkinson's. They have craft cases, paints, lidded pots etc and are cheap.

Ah but we are down south and I just looked, there doesn't seem to be one nearby. I need a southern chain or failing that an online option.
