Help! Does anyone know where I can buy a small hole punch?

I want a small round hole punch about half the size of the holes that are punched in sheets of paper to put them in a ring binder.

All I can find in Hobbycraft are hole punches about 1/4" in diameter or a complete eyelet kit. I don't want to insert eyelets just cut small holes so I can make some gift tags.

I have been on the look out for one of these too. I use my eyelet tool now. They do sell one here but it's out of stock ATM.
