Silver letter beads that don't cost the earth

I'm looking for some beads to spell words on leather thong bracelets, but all I can find are plastic or Stirling silver. I want good quality, but not megabucks! Any ideas?

Hello. In my experience eBay is an excellent source for beads etc. I buy 80% of my beads from there.
