Is it a puff-paint or are there stickers or anything else?
I would appreciate your suggestions!

I think in the past I have seen soles with holes so you can stitch them on. Don't know where you would get them, I suppose searching 'soles' on a knitting supply site might produce something.

It's a kind of rubber/latex puff paint I think - if you ask at Hobbycraft someone should know? I've had a google but can't find the name of it :-/

On phone and can't link, but have a feeling they sell either soles or paint on stuff at www.getknitted.com

Shoes?

Sorry for the late reply and many thanks to all of you for the suggestions. I think it is the puff paint which is also sold on amazon. Should check our hobbycarft shops too.
