Wall stickers (or similar) but for fabric?

Does anyone know anywhere I can get stickers to use on fabric blinds? I've seen the iron on things but that doesn't seem very practical as I want to brighten up a dull roller blind that's already installed! Any other relatively easy crafty ideas much appreciated.

It's really easy to get a roller blind down, you shouldn't need to unscrew anything.
