Sewing for 30 minutes and already thrown a paddy!

Am trying to make a cosy toes. Haven't sewn for years. Cut and pinned it with zip in. All good. Tried some trial stitches and I've threaded the fucking bobbin wrong now it's all jammed and bastard H has lost every pair of tweezers I ever owned.
So now am inconsolable and wishing I'd just fucking well bought one.

Oh dear. Did you get it untangled???? I am a sewing dervish so yell if you need advice!
