If I put up a picture on my profile of DD wearing a scarf and hat I made her could someone tell me what I should charge for similar?

I have been asked to make three girls hat/scarf sets and an adult scarf. I am fine pricing to cover the materials but have no idea what to charge for labour. Would you just do a per set cost or charge per hour and if so what?

Thanks!

Thanks very much! The curved yellow hill was appliquéd on. Those quilts are all hand pieced and quilted, I like the look of hand stitches and get into a bit of a rhythm!

It was not fun doing christmas stuff so far away from december, but I managed to finish them before DS2 was born (the day before!) which was my goal!

woah! very impressed with you doing it all by hand! they're absolutely stunning

very sensible having such an early deadline! I made 20 ish stockings last year, all with the recipient's name embroidered on. Lets just say, the month of December was fairly busy! I finished the ones for my own children just in time for them to hang them before going to bed on christmas eve Blush

well done- my own children have nothing I've made- you know that saying, 'cobblers' children go barefoot'?!

oh yes, I can definitely empathise with that one! my poor dcs watch me making lots of lovely thngs and its very rare they get to sample the goods, as it were!
