We inherited 2 chairs when we moved into this house and I always intended to get them recovered. Am thinking I could try myself to keep costs down although I've never done anything like that so perhaps I'm being a bit over-ambitious?
The chairs are wooden framed, with wooden arms and an upholstered seat and back. I'm quite happy recovering the seat but how do I go about covering the back? Cover is fixed and seems I'll have to take the chair apart? Any advice welcome!
