I was looking on the internet where to buy a kit with colored paper and patterns to do paper snowflakes with DD and ran into \link{http://snowflakes.lookandfeel.com/this}

love this site, found it thru another forum and was on it for ages.

how about getting a stencil and drawing onto paper.

also i remember do crafts did a big tub of foam snowflakes that you could decorate yourself, came with sparkly gel pens. Saw them in John Lewis and ds's had a play as did dh on the craft table they had there.

Um... don't you just fold the paper like that "virtual" version and snip with scissors??

And snowflakes are white so you don't need coloured paper.

I wanted to use to decorate the house, so was looking for precut squares of colorful glossy paper.... The kit I saw already had the pattern draw on it too...
What can I say? I'm lazy!

But you are absolutely right, it is feasible to do with normal white paper, so perhaps we will use glitter to make the more colorful!

Snowflakes are white though! They're not colourful! They are glittery though...

Great site. Now I know how to fold the paper. It's very hard to cut though. I need thinner paper or tissue paper.
