Roman blind instructions - easiest to follow?!

I need to find some instructions for making a roman blind. I've googled it, but the results seem to be for using a kit (I'm wanting to do it from scratch) or seem pretty complicated. Has anyone found a website that has relatively easy to follow instructions? Many thanks

How about this one from C4? I've made lots over the years so don't refer to instructions any more, or an old fashioned library book??
