paper for lino printing

I've been doing some lino printing recently but the paper I have (mainly thickish sketchbook paper) is not giving me the best finish. can anyone recomend some good paper types for printing on to and also is there anything i can add to my water based inks to give a nicer finish?
Finally i have seen some oil based inks which are washable with soap, has anyone used them and are they any good? I think they are called caligo?

I have also been dabbling with linocut recently and attended a short college course. Haven't personally used Caligo ink but our tutor did recommend it as a good one.
